Postpartum Support

  • Choose the Easy Way

Ha! There is no EASY Way, but there is an easier way!

As a baby calmer extraordinaire, I'm here to be your sidekick through the rollercoaster of new baby adventures.

I’m also a parent calmer and confidence builder.

Let's tackle sleep woes for everyone,

    strengthen family ties,

    ace the feeding game,

smooth out all the transitions along the way,

and get you more comfortable, rested and confident!

I'll sprinkle some magic glitter to help you move through those early parenting days with confidence and a dash of zen.

Trust me to be your baby whisperer and you’re sure to unlock your advanced parenting skills in a hurry,

and that will make all the difference for a less stressful and more joyful newborn phase!

I’m like Instacart or Uber Eats for postpartum support!

  • The Support You Need

The postpartum and newborn phase is a time of great joy! It’s also full of change and just about every other emotion for everyone involved.

Sleep becomes a luxury. Diapers are in abundance.

Tears flow freely (not to mention all the other fluids).

You may have the baby blues or a postpartum mood disorder.

The transition with pets and other children may be one your mind as well.

First off, I support parents where they are, before any particular approach or method!

I support parents to know they are the experts on their situation and THEY KNOW THEIR BABY BEST.

    I’m a promotor, a cheerleader, a champion of parents.

I highlight and enhance the connection that is already there,

helping parents stand in what they know,

especially when they are tired and prone to forgetting.

I would be delighted to support the whole family through this adjustment and ease your way!

  • When You Need It

Maybe breastfeeding isn’t going as well as you hoped, or baby isn’t great with their formula bottle yet and gassy? Or you’re pumping and bottle introduction is tricky?

Maybe your baby is colicky or resists sleep?

Did you get a nocturnal baby whose up all night and asleep all day?

Perhaps you had a cesarean or twins or you’re exhausted because you birthed A BABY - PERIOD!?

Is your partner heading back to work and you need a hand adjusting to your new situation?

Are there siblings and pets that could use some quality time with you but you already feel stretched thin?

Does the baby ever stop needing food, or diapers changed, or to be rocked to sleep, or given a bath or….?

What if the baby needs their nails clipped!?

No matter when you need help, I’d be happy to show up and lighten your load.

I needed Xylina’s support with both of my babies (not twins). She inspired my husband to support me in practical ways, helped me accomplish my breastfeeding goals, and provided numerous other things my postpartum brain wasn’t up for. The care she provided was invaluable!
